Groupable Grid Format

A groupable grid allows arranging the order of the columns as desired, as well as group by one column.  This is always indicated by the message "Drag a column header here to group by that column".

To group by a column, simply drag the desired column to the gray area at the top of the grid.

The picture below is grouped by Physician.

Saving the layout will also save any groupings.
